フォロー情報のバックアップを行います。通常、管理者がよくトゥートしているインスタンスでは、予告なくインスタンスが停止することは考えにくいため、特にバックアップする必要はないでしょう。いつ停止してしまうか分からないインスタンスの方は、バックアップしておくと安心かもしれません。その前に、そのようなインスタンスから移動した方が安心かもしれません。または、急なインスタンストラブル時に、別のインスタンスでフォロー状態を再現するのに使えるかもしれません。
